Just got back from spending a week at bungalow No 31 on Player Bastian. What a great rental this was! Very clean,had everything you needed such as iron,hairdryer, sun loungers etc.plenty of living space and only a very short walk (2 mins) to one of the pools and beach.If your looking for that perfect relaxed break,this is the place to stay!! Will definitely book again in the future.
So pleased we chose no 31. A beautiful bungalow in a peaceful setting, immaculately clean and very well equipped. We will definitely recommend the bungalow to friends and family. Thank you to the lovely Linda Lister for organising our stay, enjoy your well deserved retirement!
Absolutely beautiful bungalow set in a beautiful resort, I have never been to Costa Teguise but I will definitely be back especially to stay again here Playa Bastian resort is amazing 🤩 No31 has everything you could ask for it’s fully equipped with all the self catering facilities and more, towels hairdryer ironing board iron everything you need also including a washing machine (which came in very handy no dirty washing to bring home !!!) The terrace leading from the bifold doors which make this bungalow is an amazing suntrap which has a large table and chairs and the added extras of the 2 sun loungers, sun from the morning to late evening, short walk down to the pool with a beautiful pool bar “Los Amigos” would highly recommend the tapas one evening but booking is a must as it’s very popular and I can highly recommend the mojitos and pina coladas !!!!!!
It’s a short walk literally 2 minutes to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the square which is full of different bars and restaurants aswell, supermarket and bars 5 minute stroll away also, all in all me and my 2 friends have had the most beautiful week so check their page on Facebook you won’t be disappointed !!!!!
Another added bonus it’s only a 20 minute taxi drive from the airport aswell !
Can’t recommend it highly enough it’s amazing Thankyou again and we will definitely be back, looking at dates as I write this !!!!!

Such a lovely place to stay and a perfect location. Been to Costa Teguise many times but this was our first stay on playa bastian and we loved it.
No 31 is so close to a heated pool and the sea and has everything you could want from a holiday apartment. The terrace (with 2 great sunbeds anf table and chairs) gets sun from morning til afternoon, inside is fully equipped with all the self catering facilities you could need and also has a washing machine which is great for getting your clothes washed and dried outside before you come home.
No 31 is a short walk to a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a nice flat stroll into town along the sea front or cut through at the side of the park opposite villa toledo.
The only thing I can think of that wouldn’t work for some people (depending on who you were sharing with) is to get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the main bedroom, so if anyone in bedroom 2 needed the bathroom in the night, it might be a bit awkward. However, this did not affect us at all travelling with our children and having followed the renovation of no 31 on Facebook I can totally understand why the layout is as it is.
I, 100%, would love to stay in No 31 again, shame it’s already fully booked for next February half term as I wouldn’t be hesitating to get it booked again.

Me and my mum were lucky enough to spend a week in sunny Lanzarote. Bungalow No 31 is in a brilliant location. It is really close to the pool and beach and only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Where there are numerous bars and restaurants to choose from.
Bungalow No 31 itself was in a lovely quiet place which made it a great place to spend your day relaxing in the sun.

This is our second stay here, in Bungalow 31, so it goes without saying how much we like it there.

The bungalow is clean, modern with fab restaurants close by including the lovely Los Amigos, which is within a stones throw.
It is so comfortable, can’t fault anything. We especially love the terrace, with table, chairs and the added bonus of two sun loungers, where you get all day sun, perfect for relaxing and reading.
The bungalow is very close to the pool and Playa Bastian beach, the coastal path is also close by making it easy to get about and into the centre of Costa Teguise.
We would definitely like to return in the not too distant future.

Excellent bungalow in a great location.Everything you need for a great stay.30 seconds from pool and resturant/bar.Few minutes stroll to supermarkets/ bars.1 minute to beach and around 8 minutes to main square.10/10 will be returnin.

Home from home! Ideal location and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Short taxi ride from the airport, short walk to centre of Costa Teguise. Literally one minute walk to the pool and fabulous tapas bar on the complex. No 31 is well equipped for self-catering but why cook when there is an abundance of fabulous good quality eateries on the doorstep! Definitely will be back to this gem 💎!
Very nice apartment with a modern bathroom, kitchen and living space. Very well situated 60 seconds from the beach and a pool/bar even closer. The bungalow is clean, tidy with everything you’d need for a long stay including all kitchen appliances, TV and broadband
Fab, everything you need is close by , bar, beach, pool and restaurants, the patio is a sun trap, it is in the perfect position. The restaurant bar by the pool makes great food, the breakfast was tasty. Love No 31 would like to go back for the 3rd time
